Samantha’s journey to opening Point Pilates began 7 years ago when she became a certified pilates instructor. In her training, she knew almost immediately that this form of movement would be a life-long practice and that sharing her energy and passion with others would be an integral part. Samantha applied herself to learning as much she could by seeking out mentorship from senior instructors while also following her own curiosity to other corners of the movement and wellness world. 

During those years, Samantha also worked as a healthcare advocate, guiding people through the healthcare system and had an overall experience that further deepened her conviction that integrating the body and mind through movement is one of the most important keys to health and having a quality of life. 

The Pilates Method not only challenges and improves strength, balance, endurance and flexibility in the physical body, it has an identical effect on the mental and emotional self, granting an individual more resilience amidst the stresses of modern life. Samantha is dedicated to creating a community that inspires connection through fun and engaging classes that bring joy to everyone that walks through the door.
