- Cancellation Policy: clients will be charged a $25.00 late cancel fee for any late cancels/no-shows. A late cancel is 12 hours before your scheduled class. Clients have the ability to early cancel themselves out of any class by using the mind-body app or logging in to their account online, provided that it is 12 hours before their scheduled class.
- Monthly Membership classes do not roll over, members must use their classes within the 30 day period.
- Monthly memberships can be paused one time for a maximum of 30 days.
- There is a $100 membership cancellation fee for any memberships cancelled before fulfillment of their contracts.
- All class packages and private/semi private sessions have an expiration date of 6 months from the date of purchase.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns. This policy is firm, there are no exceptions. After a membership or class package has been purchased, it cannot be returned, refunded, or transferred.
